Job description

  • Counsel prospective students regarding various courses
  • Counsel and convince students or walk in’s to buy the courses and enroll for admissions.
  • Cross-sell/Upsell other training courses for business growth.
  • To work in cooperative with Management strategies and plans for the development of sales and marketing activities.
  • Co-ordinate with students for Seminars, training, admissions, re-admissions, and other associates for promotional activities.
  • Calling to the leads provided to you by our team. Make them understand thoroughly about our course.
  • Try to convert potential leads to hot leads and Hot leads to our customers.
  • Influences customers to retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, courses, and reactions to products.
  • Prepare necessary reports for analysis for a month, quarter and year.
  • To work towards initiating new plans of promotion and discuss them with management and implement it as desired.

Skills Required

  • Need Good communication skills in English.
  • Must be Graduate.
  • Good to have B2C/B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills 
  • Preferable Industry – Education industry
