About Post Graduate Program in Animation Production (11 Months)

The aim of this course is to expose the students to the world of animation film making. This course will give an overview of the pre-production, production and post-production process widely practised in the entertainment industry.

Students are introduced to the fundamentals of art, object and character drawing, creating concepts of props, environments and characters for the game industry. The student shall also learn to create 3D assets and create convincing textures for the same.

Lectures also cover rigging, animation, effects and post-production. The student shall also learn to light and render the shots for post-production. Throughout this course, the student shall work on several projects ranging from 2D drawings to 3D assets and animation.

The student shall be equipped with the processes in a basic production pipeline, learn to create a demo reel and to work coherently in a production environment.
