We invite you to review our refund policy under our "Guaranteed Refund Program".

The following terms are applicable for any courses that you have purchased from us.

Policy

For the purposes for the cancelation or refund of the course fee:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Digital Academy 360 a subsidiary of Arka Eduserve Private Limited, NO 319 17TH CROSS 25TH MAIN, J P NAGAR 6TH PHASE Bengaluru - 560078.

  • Courses: refer to the training offered in the classroom, online, or through pre-recorded sessions.

  • Purchase/ Order: this means a request by you to purchase any of our courses.

  • Brand: refers to any of the materials/ products or services offered or sold through the Digital Academy 360 Website.

  • Website refers to Digital Academy 360, accessible on the link below

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Courses, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Courses, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your course and raise a refund request within 14 days of completion of the training without giving any reason for doing so.

The cancelation is only applicable for the guaranteed placement or fee refund courses. For the refund, you must be eligible for the placement, based on the criteria defined by Digital Academy 360, or the refund request will not be valid. You can inform us about your decision by:

The refund process will take no later than 90 days from the day after we receive the cancelation request. All payments are refunded only via RTGS account transfer only.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the course cancelation and to be eligible for a fee refund, please make sure that:

  • The course registration date should be in the last 14 days to ask for cancelation of course
  • Should be able to produce original invoice of the payment made
  • The completion of all Certification Exams mandated by Digital Academy 360 is compulsory.
  • The student should also be completing the internship period successfully, where applicable and obtain the internship certificate.
  • Ready to take job location will be any Tier 1 or Tier 2 city across India.
  • After all placement criteria are met, and if the student is not being placed within 90 working days only then candidate is eligible to ask for refund

For the following cases course fee cannot be refunded:

  • The course is partially completed or not yet started
  • For candidates who are not eligible for placements
  • Candidates who have not passed the qualifying exam
  • Cancelling the course because of batch start delays
  • Cancelling the course due to any personal or health reasons

The Company reserves the right to refuse any refund request if they do not meet the above refund conditions, at our sole discretion. In case there are backlogs, incomplete graduation, diploma, etc, then salary packages will differ and is not eligible for refund.

We will only refund the actual price of the course after deducting GST & financial charges imposed by banks & loan institutions. We will not consider any refund requests against cancellation of the course if the student is intending to purchase a similar or alternate course in an offer/ discounted fee/ promotion.

The Company cannot be held responsible for the training quality or the behaviour of trainers or any member of staff. Therefore, we recommend the students cross-verify all the policies and clarify all doubts before making their payments. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of purchase and proof of course completion along with the placement eligibility letter.

Refund- Discounts & Scholarship

If the courses were provided with discounts or on scholarship, the value of your refund will be calculated after deducting discounts/ scholarships offered for other courses.

NOTE: No charges or fees incurred towards payments to third-party vendors for tools, website domains, hosting, and any other charges of such will be deducted from the refund amount, along with the other charges stated above.
