All the payment done by any learner to Digital Academy 360 we provide a payment receipt & in order for you to prove the payment (if required) we will need original hard copy of the same.

 

Policy

For the purposes for the cancelation or refund of the course fee:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Digital Academy 360 a subsidiary of Digital Academy 360 Pvt. Ltd. located at No 57, Ground Floor, 8th Cross, Near State Bank Of India, J P Nagar, Bangalore - 560078.

  • Courses: refer to the training offered in the classroom, online, or through pre-recorded sessions.

  • Purchase/ Order: this means a request by you to purchase any of our courses.

  • Brand: refers to any of the materials/ products or services offered or sold through the Digital Academy 360 Website.

  • Website refers to Digital Academy 360, accessible on the link below

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Courses, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Courses, as applicable.

Your Refund or Cancellation Rights

 

You can inform us about your decision by:

The refund will be processed only for students who submit a request within 7 days from the date of payment. Beyond this 7-day period, students will no longer be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

 

Post 7 days of payment student must apply for the cancellation of services or transfer the seat to his/her relative withn 30 days from the date of the payment. This process will be completed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of request.

 

Process For Immediate Cancellation

Immediate Cancelation Are Considered in the Following Scenarios with No refund:

  1. Medical Emergencies or Physical Conditions
  2. Any Nature Of Family or Financial Crisis
  3. Natural Calamities
  4. Getting Placed Before Course Commencement

With cancellation we only remove the user from the batch and admission is closed. But in order to do the same, the user must settle the full course fee. If the learner successfully completes the course but is not able to get placed post completion the institute will keep offering the new opportunities however learners can’t claim any refund or fee back. Job Assistance assures minimum 3 interview opportunities to any placement eligible learner.

 

If the cancellation is done before course completion, the learner will not be awarded any certification or will not be eligible for any placement. Pre or post cancellation there is no option where the same seat can be allotted or transferred to any new learner or reference.

The Company cannot be held responsible for the training quality or the behaviour of trainers or any member of staff. Therefore, we recommend the students cross-verify all the policies and clarify all doubts before making their payments. We do accept any learners or further discussion with them. For placement queries or to attend placement it is mandatory to have actual receipt of purchase and proof of course completion along with the placement eligibility letter from the respective academic team.

 

Discounts & Scholarship

You peer learners can be offered a lower or higher course fee depending on multiple conditions like time of joining, entrance test eligibility, fee offer, seasonal offer, festive officers, early bird discounts & more. Once after joining the fee can’t be compared or re-negotiated. We believe you must have gone through all our conditions before accepting your admission letter and understand each terms & conditions, refund policy clearly.
